Crestron video panels have featured 18-bit video and RGB inputs for years. Our top-of-the-line panel features one computer inputs (RGBS) and four video inputs (composite or S-Video). Flash-based, "downloadable" firmware upgrades for our control systems and touchpanels mean you never have to dismantle a unit to upgrade it. VTW lets you integrate pop-up, pull-down and fly-out pages with no extra effort at all. This is a great way to emulate Windows 95 displays on your touchpanels! The competition's software actually redraws the page to give a pop-up effect. Not with VTW, pop-ups are actually displaying on top of the page that remains consistent. This saves a ton of memory and time.

Crestron's VTW incorporates what we call annotations. This is one of the coolest features VTW offers. Each button has a comments tab. Use the tab to indicate what the buttons are actually doing. For example the VCR button may turn on the VCR and also power up the projector and set the lighting to preset number 3.
All of the information, for each page and button, is used to create a report. When generated, the report provides a print of each button and all the comments that go with it. With just a click of your mouse, the whole system is mapped out with complete programming and operational documentation. This information may also be used to provide training manuals and "as-built" road maps for your clients.
